Reservation Confirmation

Deposit
Deposit is required for bookings above 6 pax (starting at RM200/group). Our team will reach out via WhatsApp with details upon receiving your booking.
Changes
Please let us know at least 12 hours in advance via WhatsApp or phone call +6017 930 4880
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel with at least 24 hours notice: No charge
- Same day cancellation: RM100
- No-show: Full deposit forfeited
Any change to a reservation date made after the cancellation deadline is treated as a late cancellation and subject to the same charges. By submitting a reservation, you agree to these terms.
Refunds
Any refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Grace Period
We hold your table for 15 minutes past your reservation time. After that, we may release it to walk-in guests.
Seating Duration
To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, tables are held for up to 2 hours during peak periods.
Things to Know
- Special requests (dietary needs, celebrations, seating preferences) can be added in your reservation notes.
- Outside food and beverages* are not permitted.
*You may bring your own alcohol but corkage fees apply.
