Return Policy Overview
Our return policies depend on the nature of the product purchased.
Food & Beverages
All food and beverage items are non-returnable due to their perishable nature and hygiene considerations.
For incomplete, incorrect, or damaged orders:
Contact our Customer Service team daily from 11 AM to 11 PM.
Provide proof of purchase for assistance.
Refunds for incomplete orders will be processed via the original payment method.
Incorrect or damaged items will be replaced at no additional cost.
If an ordered item is unavailable, our team will offer two options:
Replace it with another product of the same value.
Provide a full refund for the unavailable item.
Alcohol Sales Policy
Alcoholic beverages will only be sold to individuals aged 21 and above, in compliance with Malaysian law.
Purchases of alcoholic beverages are final and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances.
Merchandise
Returns for incorrect or defective merchandise (excluding clearance goods) are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
Items must be new, unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges will be processed as refunds, and a new order must be placed for replacement items.
Gift items may be returned under these conditions, but refunds will be credited to the original purchaser.
Returns due to a change of mind are not accepted.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
For exchanges, return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
